SLN SECRET is designed for private one-to-one encrypted communication between approved users and approved devices.

Information we process

• Account identifiers such as alias, username, full name and approval status.
• Device records, device approval status, revocation status and security events.
• Encrypted message and encrypted media records required to deliver messages.
• Minimal metadata required for routing, security, abuse prevention, audit and access control.

Message content

SLN SECRET is designed so conversation content is encrypted before reaching the server. The server is intended to store ciphertext, not plaintext conversation content.

Administration

Administrators may manage access, approvals, devices, recovery, billing status and security events. Administrators are not intended to decrypt or read private conversations.

Recovery

If a device is lost or compromised, access may be revoked. Old local private keys and previously encrypted messages may not be recoverable.

No sale of message content

We do not sell conversation content to advertisers. SLN SECRET is not an advertising product.
