SLN SECRET is designed as a private encrypted communication system with controlled device access and minimal server knowledge.

Security principles

• Messages and audio are designed to be encrypted before server storage or relay.
• The backend is intended to hold ciphertext and minimal routing/security metadata.
• No administrator backdoor or master plaintext recovery key is intended.
• Devices can be approved, revoked or replaced through controlled flows.
• Local vaults protect private keys and require secure unlock flows.

• Forward secrecy and post-compromise security.
• Message-level ratcheting.
• Encrypted media keys and device fingerprints.
• Server hardening, MDM terminal hardening and integrity monitoring.
